How to Use
BLEND
Combine ice, 8 oz off your milk of choice, and 1 scoop protein powder. Blend until well combined.

SHAKE
Add 1 scoop of protein powder with 8 oz of milk in a shaker bottle. Shake until dissolved.

ENJOY WARM
Heat 8 oz of milk, stir in 1 scoop of protein powder until smooth, and enjoy.
