Shipping policy

At Rise Apothecary, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 12 business hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Availability
Most products available on our website can be shipped directly to your address. However, due to supplier restrictions and product handling requirements, the following items are not eligible for shipping and are available for in-store purchase only:

• Rowe Casa products

• Protein drinks

• Energy drinks

If your order includes any items that cannot be shipped, we will contact you to arrange a refund or in-store pickup.

Delivery Times
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor its delivery.
