-Use as a nasal spray one to two times a day to relieve sinusitis and to help prevent colds.
-Spray in mouth and back of the throat to prevent colds and heal a sore throat.
-Take an oral dosage daily to fight off viruses - increase dosage if you start to feel something coming on.
-Use in nebulizer for respiratory illnesses.

-Clean wounds - spray or pour directly on wound or burn 2+ times a day, depending on severity.
-Drop in eyes for injuries and pink eye 2-3 times a day (this will kill conjunctivitis within one to two days!).
-Drop in ears to clear up ear infections, leave for 1 minute, then drain. Do this 2-3 times a day for fast results.
