Steps include:
Brew Your Coffee.
- Add approximately 2 tablespoons of your chosen coffee grounds to the plunger jar.
- Fill with boiling filtered water (600-800ml) and let steep for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Press down the plunger and allow the brew to cool to body temperature.
Prepare Your Enema Kit:
- Attach the hose to the enema kit and shut the clamp.
- Pour the cooled coffee into your enema bag or glass kit.
- Lubricate the nozzle tip with coconut oil or natural lubricant.
Find a Comfortable Space.
- Lay down a towel in the bathroom or a quiet space.
- Lie on your side or back with knees slightly bent.
Insert and Release.
- Gently insert the nozzle and slowly release the coffee into your colon.
- Hold for 10–15 minutes if comfortable, then release on the toilet.
Clean and Store
- Rinse your kit thoroughly with warm water.
- Use the non-toxic Happy Bum Clean to sanitise.
- Air dry and store for next use.
